Jumpstart Guide
Step 2: Click on the link as shown below.
Step 3: Copy email as shown below and email it to your webmaster. This will enable your webmaster to add the links to your website.
Step 4: Click on Jumpstart again and click on "Orthodontext patient introduction email", edit email and send to all of your current patients
