Rapid Response Guide
Rapid Responses are canned responses to common patient responses or questions. They allow practices to provide thorough answers to patient requests while saving time.
To add some customized Rapid Responses to your practice go to "Admin" -> "Rapid Responses".
Patient's First Name: To automatically add the patient's first name insert {{firstname}}. For example:
Add Variations: Practices can create an unlimited number of Rapid Responses. For example, here is another response for elastics:
